MONETARY POLICY
Depil Brazil Waxing Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apply Pay, Depil Brazil gift cards, bank debit cards, cash, and personal checks. A $25 fee is assessed for returned checks. Depil Brazil gift cards are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen.
REFUND POLICY
All services, gift cards, and pass sales are final. If you need to return a retail item, please note that you must present the receipt within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. All returns are subject to system verification.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your Wax Pro will remain confidential, as will any special conditions. Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
