Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Depil Brazil. We are committed to delivering your products safely, quickly, and with the care your skin deserves.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Orders $0.00 - $50.00: $3.25

  • Orders $50.01-$75.00: $4.25

  • Orders $75.01-$84.99: $5.25

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $85

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@depilbrazilwaxing.com. Include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist you promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

For details about returns or exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy.
We do not accept returns on used skincare products for hygiene reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
